There are "fees" if you want to receive cash money - currencies. Its the same as when you use a cash mashine with your credit card. They also charge a fee.

I can confirm I have received the items (20 grams gold, 100 grams silver) in good order. The only thing missing from the package was some kind of order reference letter or invoice
