There is no doubt he has planned all he done. It seems that he is on the run, now.

He changed his steam account name from "Clipse" to "Das Hond" at August 28th and then changed it to "zxc1v3" at September 7th and make the account details private.

Right and unless you have his full identity address phone number.. That wont get you very far.  have enough worldwide internet people calling complaining about Bitcoin you'll end up just pissing them off.
