Very terrible phone. Cannot withstand fall damage, even with a sleeve. Buttons are practically glue-sticked on, screen pixels tend to die off within the first few months, overall phone quality is worse than any smartphone available, incredibly slow in every way imaginable, drops calls more often than the original iPhone 4 did. I had the same phone for a little while. I thought the issues I experienced with the first one were just flukes, but when I had it replaced the second one had nearly all the same problems. It's a time bomb waiting to happen. Eventually I just gave up and bought an Android.
