Bid increment - 0.001 BTC
Auction end in 24 hour after last bid

Twist - last bidder will get the signature on the price of last bid but the second last parson to bid also have to pay the bid price made by him.

Interesting but so if you know someone here and they guarantee you to win the bid (by always topping the last bid) with an agrement to not have to pay you.  Now the second place finisher has to pay you for something that they will and never had a chance of getting.  Dont know how many people are going to line up for this but I wish you luck.

That means the last bidder will get your signature on the price he offered but the second largest bidder will have to pay too(the price he bidded or the highest bid???)?

Any way I would never take part in an auction that I would have to pay even if I don't win

Are you accepting escrow in this..? What is stopping you from receiving payment and switching your sig space?

yes, escrow is must as of now i have tons of negative feedbacks due to giveaway.
i don't have any problem with my current signature but Its just for fun as this the all time craziest auction right??

2. What's to stop YOU THE OP from just outbidding the final bidder from an ALT ACCOUNT and expecting to pick up some free 2nd place BTC?

There's really no solution that I can think of at the moment (I just woke up), but if I come up with anything I'll let you know.
