It is the same concept as here. Business operators can do sig campaign to attract new users. The users put advertisement in the sig space to participate the campaign. More users involve in it, the campaign will reach to more members of the forum.

IMO no many bitcoiners know hackforums.net and have account registered there. I doubt there will be any ppl who are interested at renting your signature.

It seams like your IP is blacklisted, i think, would make sense if ure using some public VPN/proxy that many users exploit.

No , i dont believe it has anything to do with advertising hackforums, because they dont need any ads of the sort, since theyre quite popular as it is.

Do you see what i mean by that? Anyways, half of people from here have hackforums accounts aswell.
