Let's test your chart reading abilities. 
 
These two charts show that we are about to see the price jump from $244 to at least $247, possibly a little higher in the next 24 to 48 hours. 
 
Why?

I see a rising price on falling volume.  IMO, not usually a great signal.

You're only looking at what you can see.   
 
Look deeper. 
 
The volume will soon increase and we will see a large chunk of coins bought on the ask.
