They do not need to use an escrow, they have given away so many btc's and other stuffs..
You can see the records on the Site Announcement board.
Once I won the "Custom Engraved Metal Coin", I do not received it (I think because Shipping problem) but the owner "swingline" gave me some btc equivalent to the Metal Coin's value.
Owner and moderator of allcryptotalk are nice guy, so you do not need to worry. If you win the raffle, you will get the prize as fast as you verify your address.

The requirement to participate in this raffle is that you need to make at least 20posts (not spamming posts), and you will not be in the raffle automatically.

Yes it is, and OP was one of the two winners.
you do not need to be sad, because there is another bigger raffle (Bitman AntMiner S5 batch 5) to one lucky winner but with more difficult requirement (100 non spam posts)
