Wait what? Spoondoolies have been bought out?

Wheres this thread of news? New good operator or bad? Reason why they sold the company if this is true?

I thought they had long terms of vision of this armed asic race.

I think we (the public) will not get any of Spondoolie miners if the deal went through-- just like KNCMINER.  So the only one left is going to be Bitmaintech.  Then, my guess is Bitmaintech is going to merge with someone else.
