And let me configure the later seen . CCTV captures and finds you by any possible means and you are done ! I dont think its illegal. He is just getting benefit of a loophole in system. Amazon should take care of this.

amazon wont cause they make money still from fees.

What you should consider fraudulent Mr goody two shoes, is that stealth accounts that are made on amazon and ebay, via paypal.
