Shuffling through all your open browser tabs to find out which one is playing the video/music.
Is there a word for this? Should we make one up?
So fricking annoying when videos start automatically, and even worse when they delay for a few seconds/mins after you open the page!

ad pages are the worst. the amount of times its happend on tpb or kat a random ad gets through the popup blocker and starts playing. so anoying when you have 50+ tabs open

I never open more tabs than I'm reading right now or listening and close those I don't need anymore. It usually maxes out at approx 5 tabs. Much easier to find offending tab. But with Adblock these delayed videos are rare.

Noscript will block almost all auto-playing videos/sounds on irrelevant pages. It's not ideal for casual browsing though, Tor uses it in an attempt to prevent javascript footprint reading.
