If I understand you, I can use the money to order for something and also make paypal transfer but I cannot withdraw to the BOA account. How about phone verifications and other security that can be triggered by this. I am quite new to paypal and that is why I am asking. |

There must be a reason why you can't offer escrow here.
Just saying.
I am not bashing your sales, but you don't seem to be for the customer. I am sure that if you accepted escrow you would have had more sales here.
BOA VBA also sounds like you are using payoneer or one of those prepaid cards accounts to do the verification.

I am currently selling codes for the google dev platform (virtual machines). - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1137718.msg A 1 or 2 dollar VCC would be great just enough to verify. Will you be adding this back? I would love a cheap VCC I could point my customers to. |
