Most of the time, this cloud mining sites turn out to be a pyramid scheme, giving some "mining revenues" to their investors as long as it is "profitable" and after some months or a year, will turn out to be a scam and poof! All coins gone.

Dice site investment on the other hand, is also risky but is less scarier compared to its cloud mining counterpart in terms of investment. Dice site could actually give you some profit over time unless a lucky player shatters the whole house within a single moment. I would suggest staying away from gambling site investing , The past has shown that they are more riskier than any form of investing specially because you are essentially trusting your coins with an anonymous third party. Just for the 1% you will have to risk it all and might not even get anything back.

The same thing as investing in a cloudmining and the risk are greater there where you have to wake up sometimes just to see that your payment is not arrived yet. It is not risking all to get 1 %. 1 % is the minimum that you will get since that is what house edge is for and ofcourse most sites get more than it

I would come from another angle and that is what carry the highest risk vs reward.
I would rather invest in a operation with a low risk and low reward, than visa versa. Based on that, I would rather invest in Cloud mining. If a gambling operation cannot fund it's own pot, and they need external funding, I would be worried.
At least with Cloud mining you know it's mostly ponzi funded and you could plan for early extraction, if things looks dodgy.

Gambling sites that has investment feature doesnt mean that the owner does not have the fund for the site but if you have larger bankroll, it will be easier to attract more big player to play , there is a house edge for the game which means that the site will always gain profit in long term. You're right but there is no way to be sure that a gambling site won't run away when it has accumulated enough funds. Bitcoin investments are always risky because there is no central authority regulating the funds and there is also no legal agreements.

I say both have equal risks but there has been less instances of gambling sites running away with people's funds in the past as compared to so called Cloud Mining sites, so I guess they can be considered a little safe for now and if a Gambling site is running a legit business than it will provide better profits in long term to it's investors.

ponzi are even worse, you know that one day they will run away with your money for sure

i still think that cloud mining are more legit and less risky than pure gambling sites like dice, these site have a high percentage of luck, while with a cloud there isn't much luck involved.

if you can follow the price and the diff well enough, you can then go out from cloud mining by selling your contract , ahead of time...

also with cloud you can reach roi at least, if you can reach it you are done, everything after that is pure profit

This is a very wrong post or are you mixed it up by accident? most cloudmining promised you a ROI after x months but a dice sites never promises you so. Even after a year, you wont even get 100 % of what you invested in a dice site but with cloudmining a year is when you can gain more than what you have invested and ofcourse dice site is safer if you know where to put in

Anyway, be really aware because many dice sites scam, or disappear or never pay investors for months...choose a good company and read all the opinions of the previous investors.

There are no certainties in the crypto world. As long as there is an influx of money, scammers and the likes would probably be riding the waves for profit.
