Well I would point out at the time he was asking $10 our site was offering $10.50 and he passed. Maybe he enjoys taking longer, at more risk, for less money or maybe it is just hmmmm.... |

He wants me to send the PayPal as a 'gift' and not goods. So even if OP fails to deliver, there's no way to recover the money

No you can still charge back, I did the same thing with someone who tried to rip me off and it was sent as a gift. I think if he gives you an excuse like the blockchain downloading and he's just got a fake unverified paypal he can spend it before you make the charge back!
Not sure why you'd want to deal with him though, he's sketchy as fuck lol?

Whay are people even considering buying BTC for paypal? Its so easily reversed at will, even if the other party doesnt request it. Stick to the exchanges.
