What would happen if you freeze time and move around and another person next to you freeze time at the same time. What would you see?

It is impossible. We perceive time as a sequence of events. If you stop it for anyone else they will be unable to stop their time and make you stop moving around. This is if we don't put this mind game into general relativity equations. You know, time and space are interconnected and so on...
