https://www.seoclerk.com/ can be great. We have some people in this forum giving away free 5$ vouchers for it too. As of fiverr I've never used it, I tend not to like the quality of services provided there. There are some decent voice there actually, but to get anything longer than a few sentences you'd need to pay much more than 5$.
Edit: forgot to mention ads. Not the best quality if you don't know how to edit the video on your own, but yeah... Cheap ads/testimonials are a thing on Fiverr.
