The basis for the multipool could be your own code, or use existing, open-source code with the additional features added in.  If you have experience with node.js, then NOMP ( https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal/ ) may be a good starting point, as it has much of the required work to create a functioning multipool ready, but is missing a few key features.

To be clear, the requirements we need are as follows:

- The ability to have the multipool pay out in a single currency (with the ability to change the currency it is paying out in if we want), including keeping track of each miner's shares, and properly removing any fees that we set
- Profit switching (the exact criteria used to determine which coin to mine does not need to be defined, but should be easily modified based on our own calculations)
- Support for mining at least the top 5-10 currencies of each algorithm (5 would be enough for X11, but Scrypt would need to be closer to 10)
- Integration with Cryptsy's API for transferring coins to it, selling them, and then withdrawing the single currency back out.

For more specific details on what we need, or if you have the source code for a previously created multipool that could potentially meet our needs, please contact me with an estimate / sales price. (for those that have proprietary source code already written, we are willing to agree to not share the code outside of the context of our own development, and will agree to not resell your code in any way)

How much are you willing to spend on this project ? You do not have to answer to this , I just wondered because I once tried it as well.

Yes but it was a crappy one , I gave up on that one , i don't even where it is now. I also did a bitcoin faucet rotator thingy , bitcoinfaucetrotator.com but it doesnt make anything then chump change as well . So basically , i did everything half assed rather then doing one thing full assed.

I start everything very well , I just have troubling finishing stuff . I think thats why I am good in bed Cheesy All kidding aside they were all developer based problems,  I do not know many things about developing but I do know you can hire someone with coins , so I got couple ideas and paid people to get it done . Some people were just cheap and bad (which should be obvious) and some people are good but the marketing and the idea sucked on my side so I screwed up them.

I feel like I have like 190 projects waiting for me to be finished but I feel unmotivated to do them at all Cheesy
