It seems that there isn't much interest with this new payout price so I am upping the amount per register.
Now the new maximum amount people to sign up on the forum will be 5.

You went from 5000 new users to '5' at least you are closer to home but is it really worth it for the whole of 5 new users? lol the goal is to spend the btc. Not get users. Will resume next week. nice forum dude... hope your forum flourish.. if you want to advertise your forum in ad banners in faucet sites which has high daily visitors let me know... That is a good goal  Maybe would have been quicker and easier to just ask for random peoples addresses and then have sent it, been much quicker and your goal would have been achieved quicker.
