Hmm... I can see a couple of advantages, possibly.

It creates a service user - service provider relationship
It creates an advertising space (I can put a logo in the video)
It is a way to sharpen the tools for providing more complex services
It is seemingly pointless so could be good for a laugh, or a chuckle at least, depending on the service user's sense of humor  Smiley

Legitimate it is, definitely.

It is a proper service and I can provide it unless I am hit by a meteor first or something, which is unlikely.
