your mining program does not support the block version.
look at the specific altcoin introductionary page for an alternate, customized, mining program or update your mining program.

if those programs do not support your current blockversion you might need to patch and recompile the sourcecode manually.

dont know if you are familiar with coding.

json rpc failed means your credentials are bad. make sure youve set the rpcpassword rpcuser prcport the same for the coin's conf file and the conf file or batch file for the miner. also cpu mining sha256 is a terrible idea hopefully you know that.
