For what it's worth, the performance of the cards under cgminer 2.6.6(win7) is as follows:
Card on the left: 900/400 yields approximately 280MH/s at 73C with 43% fan(1500+ rpm).
Card on the right: 900/400 yields approximately 280MH/s at 73C with 47% fan(1800+ rpm).
