How can i earn some Activity ?

My Activity is currently: 14

How does it increase?

It goes up by a max of 14 every two weeks. In those two weeks you only have to post once to get it. There's no way of gaming it and the number of posts doesn't increase your activity level.

There are some people with 5000 posts who are still jr members and there are hero members with only a few hundred.

Edit - actually you need 14 posts in 14 days to get full activity. Still no way of going above that though.

No. You get 14 time points every 14 days. Activity = min(time, posts)

If your post count is equal to activity, you will need to make 14 posts to get 14 activity point.

Yes, but minimum 1 post per day... because the OP can think I will make 14 posts in one day and I am ok (it is not so simple). Basically you earn 1 activity point each day , but these points will 'appear' and the end of the 14 days.

No, you can write all 14 posts for the period in a single day. It will make you look like an account farmer and BadBear might ban you, but activity calculation does not care when you do the posts as long as one of them is in the 14 day period.
