Realistically, no one is going to pay up if they lose. Matt won't even get half of his money if he wins. If he loses: He'll disappear, or he'll pretend to be trolling and we fell for it, etc...
Hell, I'd disappear if I owed that much. I wouldn't pay up to show I'm some internet tough guy. C'mon, I mean, would you guys?

this I really wish the hole thing would be called off, Matt is a gr8 guy, and doesn't deserve to pay out that kind of money for such a BS bet. Its either he losses, or he wins and no one pays. no matter what happens no one will pay out, In the end all this bet will prove is that people in general suck. |

To be fair, Matthew's titled Staff due to him moderating the Korean section of this forum. Earlier today I took time out from my very business schedule and read every single Korean post stemming back over a year--all 72 posts. Then why ban people? Give them xx days suspended and then forget about it. That is exactly what happens actually, bans are usually temporary. Would probably be more accurate to call them probations but that's kind of condescending. Once someone returns from a ban I hold no ill will for any of them, they did their time and hopefully are a better poster for it. |
