UNzipped per instructions, in command prompt typed java -jar "C:\Program Files (x86)\wcc_src_1.4.18\wcc.jar" as java didnt know where to find the wcc.jar file.

In command window, i see java start peer networking server and api server successfully. i am running nxt on this machine. i have java 8 installed.

you must run the command at the directory where you unzipped the file. in that directory the wcc.jar is present.

Thats very cool of you dev, you should keep some for yourself as well. Just remember folks, this is how Faircoin started. A year later its trading at 20K satoshis and #17 on coin market cap. Anything can happen.

i'm confident in the future of this project. i'm so confident that i will buy my own WCC coins for myself after i will prove that everything was done fairly with the distribution. i will start buying when all 1b are distributed. or maybe i'll setup my address and ask for donation for my own share. but i'm the few lucky ones early with bitcoin so this is simply a project where my future will be. i plan to convert most of my bitcoins and store it here.

but first, the distribution must be free of any controversy. that's my first goal. to distribute everything in good faith. it might take a while to distribute all 1b of it but i have time to burn

I think it just like many other altcoin but base on NXT code.

Wallet run on java server some how.

This is testing, until final node on server, so you don't need to run .jar file at local.
