Feel free to shift it to marketplace in the indian section, as services is a part of marketplace so marketplace in Indian section can very well contain this thread.

I can't offer more than $0.2 as it's a take it or leave it offer. If anyone else wants to offer that amount for this app, one is free to choose that offer. 

In any case, here the referral too gets $0.8 from the app on installing it so they too profit.
