I'm not one to talk about reputable sites used for posting info but this dude is constantly purveying questionable outlets and it's always conspiracy type stuff. It's ok for discussion purposes but geez louise at this point. I've known the CIA to be up to their usual stuff time and again but I'm not buying this allegation.
