Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, the maintenance is still on-going. This current maintenance is for the full move of all the servers of Moneypot which includes the database. And due to the huge size of the database, it is taking some time. This move will pave way for the new design of moneypot as well as v2 of the api some time this coming weeks.

There will be another long maintenance tomorrow, which will be intended solely for the rubies integration.

Bet mining seems like a nice way to get people to gamble more, i'm not sure what it is worth or how much you get but at least you get a little something extra for your efforts. Something like a rake back.

This site used to do standard rakeback but they are very forward thinking imo.

In the past they used to do that however I dont really think it is possible right now to do so because  ost of their earning will go to the stakeholders of rubies. they do still have some wagered competition which award something to their players, atleast it is much better than nothing at all[\B]

I wouldn't say just " ..award something to their players.." but rather "they offer the best promo in crypto-dice world".

Their wagered competition leaderboard is by far the most generous I'm in the knowledge of ; something is really worth to.compete for.

Just a little update:

I went to bed last night while db was restoring, and woke up today, it is still on-goin, it is now on the bet history part at 06-09-2016 (timestamp) and around 260M betid.. MP had about 340M bets, this mean less than 80M bet records to go.

As for people that might be asking regarding balances and/or db records getting corrupt, I have backed up the database before move, so if the worst case scenario happens, database will still have what it had before maintenance. And as for the balances, as i've stated in the past, most of the balances are stored on a remote cold multi-sig wallet which can be seen here https://blockchain.info/address/3PnPzfEajzbVwiwHrwb4sSFU6TWTz8C4oT while the rest are either on the 'warm' multi-sig wallet and/or at our site's hot wallet.

It seems to me that there ia no relation between the current downtime and moneypot. Moneypot has been live and running now , you can check it on the other site e.g https://www.moneypot.com/apps/926-bit-exo. Something to do with betterbets isnt connected to the new websocket according to pseudo-random's post

I just got back from my personal leave.

I usually handle support issues, but I had a death in the family and have been occupied all week as the hosting family.  

I'm getting caught up on everything now and will release a more formal statement later, but first, I can tell you these things:

All funds are safe.

All deposits will be credited (I will see to it that it will all be handled today).

I will be contacting every single person that has reached out to us over the last few days.

We will find a way to make this right and will graciously credit our players once this is all patched up.

I will be on pretty much 20 hours of the day working on this.
