**2-8BTC GIVEAWAY** Announcing the launch of PvPDice - Player Vs Player betting

Seems someone has found a bug and was able to divert everyone else's balance to themselves.

The person in question hasn't exactly been forthright about it so I'll post his username here in hopes that someone can give me some more information on how he achieved this bug.
 Currently taking a snapshot of the server before rolling back so we can look into this further, will update! sorry for the inconvenience.

Its not my fault, admin. I was playing against the user : abiw, and suddenly my balance reach from 0.91btc to 8BTC. I talk through chat with some users and  all of them tell me that their balances are empty.  So, i also have my deposit and cashout free.

I made a withdrawl of 0.003 , see proof:

and them, i make a deposit of 0.0031 into my account, see proof:

For me , something weird is happen... and i hope you fulfilll your promises.

ps: and all this happened to the player who leads the competition. What a coincidence.

So now the other 199players has zero balance. With 2days remaining, means that you will not able to play against other players. And since the rule is that the winner must make a minimum 5bets a day. So you will not eligible to win the prize.
Lets wait for the best solution.
And curious, what do you mean by "i hope you fulfill your promises"? What promises?

That is a server sided problem and i guess he should still be paid for it since it is like a bug, he found it on the beta test

If he should be paid all the 8btc, how about the other 199players who lost their balance? it will be unfair for them.
So I think its better if he get some bounty for this, but not 8btc..wait the dev fix the bug and restart the competition.

At the time it happens i have the highest balance. Almost 1BTC. And i know it ( and Dev to). Another way is,  when you invited someone , and no one have your criterias, so simple. Doing some calculation, i know wich is the second, third... so i play this days with a bit of luck and some management.

Update:
Please note that we are still investigating this to be 100% sure, I'm personally very big on security so I won't make a decision until every stone has been unturned.

However gathering the information we have so far it's looking like this was a fault on our end and not anything malicious by "hyipex"

I'd like to retract my statement and apologize to "hyipex" for claiming he has abused a bug on www.pvpdice.com or acted vindictive in any way.

It appears the developer responsible for this game designed a feature that automatically diverted funds to the winner upon the ending of the promotion and made this their real balance hence the user "gordonhill" statement that he was able to withdraw funds however returned it straight afterwards.

This in combination with an incorrectly communicated end date caused this to all unfold.

I apologize for the confusion, as stated the original goal of  this giveaway was to find out what works and what doesn't within this game as well as finding bugs, happy to report we have only found 1 actual bug which has been resolved.

Looking into rolling this back to the closest moment I can find before all funds were diverted to hyipex, the new end date will most likely be 28th May however I will confirm this in my next post.

For those who weren't aware hyipex was actually winning before this happened, I posted the top 5 on our Facebook & Twitter page on the 22nd May(https://www.facebook.com/pages/PvPdice/1654458921436336), obviously I couldn't post them here as the forums were down.

After reading some comments I'd like to make one thing clear, there is one winner, funds will not be distributed to the top 10 or equally between 200.

This is not coincidence. There must be either one of you who transfer the balances.

Maybe we can do this again to be fair to all users.

Tips✔ : Think twice, before accused someone without real proofs, and them, trying to take advantage of that.

I think it cant withdraw because its balance test to the competition only but if you can make withdrawals was very nice
