I use coinbase, its pretty easy to navigate. If you use a referral from a friend you both get $5 in bitcoins for free. I can't say that it is the best place to get coin, but it is noob friendly for sure.

This is a tough one because it's a high risk reversible payment. I'd say maybe search the Paypal options on Localbitcoins.com. I think you can use the card using that method. LBC has any payment method imaginable and is a great place to develop a reputation. The better your reputation, the more flexibility you'll have. |
