Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Can't see how he could have kept him on much longer, with all the fail & drama Quickseller attracted. I'm sure one of Quickseller's alts (or Quickseller himself, after shit blows over) will be trusted.
