You know it's actually your personality and define's you , the Trust is on you not for someone who buys it !
Though it is possible you might be in need of some money Or some other problem which i know nothing about

maybe he just wants to quit bitcoin and sell everything he has connected with it, also its good for people who want to make trades quickly

If he doesn't have the time as he stated in op then just let him sell it. If he's not going to use it then he might as well try get a bitcoin for it or something. He could always just create a new account if he wanted as to some people rank isn't that important (but is more important to signature campaigners so that's why the buy them.

If it's light green then it worths more than 2 BTC.

yes, in this case it is quite tricky to deal with it..just because amount of trustworthy related. Hero and Leg. accounts should not be enabled for trades..

you ask him to not sell hes personality an then to wait to sell it for more!
