In total, maybe a few thousand. I would do it in batches perhaps 20 pages and a payment or something like that.

Yes I can do escrow. I would start someone with a trial of 5 pages for 25k, then afterwards we can do 20 pages for 100k each escrow, or something like that.

Maybe about 15-20 fields. There will be a lot of unknown fields which can just be put as "unknown".

Yes you are right 5k isn't a large amount, this isn't a too high paying job, but it is easy to do, it's probably a lot better than a faucet. If there isn't enough interest at this price range overall I may look at raising it later.
