Block rewards acted very weird, they were decreasing by 1 every block, there were block rewards with 204, 203, 202, 201, etc when they should of been capped and much lower. 0.o

I think 9% annual, which is ok if they have some good plans.

Yes 9% annually and the maximum coins is set to 9m which will take more than twenty years. If the majority of the community decide in 2026 that they want it to be a different amount we will maybe change it though.

I'm getting the same error. How do we fix this?

Did you restart your wallet?  Usually those runaway exception errors go away after you start the qt once.  And here is my getpeerinfo for anyone needing nodes.
