The basics:

1. Uptweet pays content creators a global retweet rate for their content. The more popular an authors content is, the more they'll make!

Good to see social media  being used, there was recently an altcoin called Viral that has a campaign structire offering different levels of campaign, their lowest I think was 3 BTC and this would grant the campaign access to the viral network this is a similar idea but I like the idea of the user deciding what they pay.
