i think your missing what bitcoin is.

if you want to ensure you get your transactions seen superfast, find the IP's of the main pools and add them to your supernodes list. that way by getting your tx's sent directly to the pools, the sooner they will show up waiting for confirmations.

but if you mean what blockchain monitoring websites are the best.. well thats hit and miss.. most people add blockchain.info's IP to the supernodes. but you can also add the other 'explorer' sites too. then just use whatever explorer you are linked to, and ask everyone that transacts to you to do the same so that you can increase the speed of seeing the TX arrive.

although all the stuff above only really changes speeds by miliseconds as the network is very fast at delivering tx's around... and its just the pools that delay confirming them
