I cant get it. You offer to bet in sportsbook site and you will take 5% commision on every win? isnt btc sportsbook sites doesnt offer the same games as like the one where you will place the bets?

the probleme is the same, the confidence.
Because if i send 1 btc to escrow and lose, the escrow pay you, but if a bet 1 btc odd 10 and win 10 btc, if you don't pay me, the escrow can send back only 1 btc and you cant bet for free

Haha. That is exactly the case here. The only way to resolve this problem will be if service operator would escrow money gambler has chance of winning. Without this Op's service is not trustworthy...
He can take whole prize and just vanish. With this hole in this system I doubt anyone would be using Op's method.

You can of course bet on any sportsbook, but try to bet on your favorite sportsbook a large sum for example 10k or 50k USD. They will refuse.

As for me, I guarantee betting large sums (several dozens of thousands)  on a given event.

Yeah does seem to be a problem - it's entirely risk free for you so the gambler takes on all the risk - including the potential that you just run away with winnings. Only way I can see a solution is by escrowing enough to cover any single major bet with an escrow that way they are guaranteed should the result point in their favour.

The other thing I question is are the odds in EU houses actually worth the 5% cut off the top? Are they that much better than online betting platforms?

I guess both of you in that case can escrow the amount that can be won ,as well the bet. So if you bet 1 BTC at 10x, you can send 1 BTC to the escrow, and he can send 10 BTC to the escrow . And at the end, just settle it.

I guess both of you in that case can escrow the amount that can be won ,as well the bet. So if you bet 1 BTC at 10x, you can send 1 BTC to the escrow, and he can send 10 BTC to the escrow . And at the end, just settle it.

Looks like to be an optimal solution.

The only system id send to escrow more more btc, like fixed deposit, but if you accept a single bet for thousand $ is very hard

Mate, this 5% applies to the betted amount, not the amount you win.
