I have a couple I pulled offline a few months ago and have not found any information about these machines being re-purposed. Does anyone have any information on that?

What sort of repurposing do you have in mind?

If you're thinking of non-Bitcoin (or compatible altcoin) mining purposes, see existing threads:
Non-Bitcoin Uses for Old ASIC Miners?
What about our old miners?

There is really not much to do with old asics.  You can sell them cheap and pocket a tad more cash.   Find those with "free" or super cheap electricity and they buy gear but again it's not going to bring a fortune.

You can find buyers on the forum in hardware or look at ebay.   I suggest trying to sell all of it.   But some you might sell parts off of if price is right.

Those miners how efficient were they? Like 1.6TH/s using 2000Watts?

1.25Watts/GHash ?

I did not have one only read about them.  I believe it was somewhere in this ball park.  So resale is going to not be worth a ton.

But I personally like selling better then setting on a shelf or closet.  Every little bit helps with ROI.

Thanks for the replies and the links guys! I guess I didn't have notifications turned on. Looks fairly hopeless at this point. I had just hoped some clever coder could have figured out an alternate use, or mod that would keep these behemoths in use. --J

Pretty standard replies: space heater, scrap metal, repurpose case, repurpose heatsinks, scrap PCBs for components / materials.
