Need logo for PICISI website PAYING $20 IN BTC

Hello,

The PICISI website is launching, and we need a professional logo!  I'll pay $20 in BTC for a completed logo.  I suggest you make a rough mark up of your logo and submit it here first to see if I like it before you waste any time polishing it up. 

The logo should contain the letters PICISI (in that order lol)

PICISI is a educational website about the long con.  It will stand as a pillar against fraud.  To this end, I'd like the logo to portray strength and integrity.  For example, large concrete letters casting a tilted shadow behind it.  (My strength is not in design lol)

The $20 in btc is guaranteed by Vod (see my trust).

Well, I don't really see that having anything to with security/stability/strength.  It's a nice design though, and it's the current winner unless someone else comes through with something better...
