Looking for someone who can make an ecommerce style wordpress site with a similar design to the following that I can then take over and administrate: http://www.websiteclosers.com/

No need to have graphical ability as I can get someone separate to work with us to add banners etc. as needed

Not sure what a fair rate is, I just want a "website" with a blog, and ecommerce/ real estate style elements like the shown site (no cart needed, just "listings"), not a "blog" that doubles as a website.

If you want the same design and template then it's simple . I just used a WP Theme detector , and the theme used on that website is "Ikaros"  also with some plugins , you may check here : http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ , just put the link of that website and it will let you know what theme it's using + the plugins . I hope it's useful
