The best thing you can do I guess is creating a sell on www.100bit.co.in, which the buyer will execute. For now, as a lot of accounts are hacked, it is very difficult to trust a forum escrow. Hence, I'm recommending it. You could go for LocalBitcoins as well, but there it would cost 1% as against 0.1% here.

As far as I can see, coinsecure.in has sell orders at or close to the rate you quote.. I think its the simplest option. Why bother with localbitcoins and lose your sanity over the chance of getting scammed when a better option exists?

Most of the escrows have already provided a signed message using their previously used address and if they haven't then you can simply ask them to sign a message. You cab trust him after you get a signed message as simple as that.
