I'd be willing to do it but I'd be converting each file one at a time not automated. Why how many files are we talking about? 100?

My bad, forgot to list the number of docs. We're looking at around 70-80.

I could do the google docs but google docs sometimes messes up my formatting and diagrams. That's why I'm paying for someone else to do it, and produce identical copies.

I've received about 6 offers already, I'm leaving this open until someone confirms the job offer with me.

Cheers all.

Are there tables in there? Are they multi-page spanning?

The PDFs are definitely multi page if that's what you are asking. May have tables etc in there but tbh it doesn't really matter. My Word for Mac 2010 can open all of them perfectly, these are not complex documents, any 5 year old computer with a modern word processor can handle them. I could convert a single one to PDF format using Word manually, but it's tedious opening each new document and 'Save As -> PDF'

Nah, I asked because multi-page spanning tables tend to get whacked outta shape when converted to PDF which would make your "identical copy" requirement a hell of a mess to accomplish.
