I would like to know how to create my own Vcc and IBA also paid for some free tutorial that is good and not have to carry documents for creating such cards, other than the known methods that are on the network as Neteller and others

It acutally creates valid credit cards, but with no balance.
For vccs with balance, you can try neteller

Neteller doesnt accept bitcoin till now, but I think they will soon. You need to verify your ID though, if you want a vcc with a fixed balance(non reloadable) just order a VISA or MASTERCARD giftcard from any creditcard provider. (In Europe it is mainly Paylife)

Ok.. So... What else is there you are looking for, what is left? Everyone says mbank sucks, many people hate that polish bank too, so i don't know what there is left, unless you want stolen CC info or whatever, but this is the wrong site for that as I'm sure you know.
