IMO it depends on the popularity of bitcoin and its ecosystem in Armenia. If you keep it until the day bitcoin is popular and recognized as currency or investment tool, it will worth much.

Right now without any backlink, you might be in luck if there's a buyer seriously offering a hundred for it. Don't forget you have the .co .ninja  and whatever long list if new tld extension that basically dilutes the worth and creates a competition among itself. If I were you probably I would slap some contents in it, then get some traffic giving more chance of having interested buyers.

Just the name alone is not much, I don't believe .am's rank very high in search engines. Still great to have any bitcoin.? domain though.  You should add some content and have other websites that link to yours to and you could really increase the value. Put up a block explorer or faucet and start driving some traffic.

Well i had another (very similar) just the domain which sold for over $17K few years back and that was when bitcoin wasn't as recognised as it is today.

if you make an AM radio broadcasted to internet through your bitcoin.am site, then your domain might be valuable(in the 10k's range at least).
Or if you can convince other people that its possible
