Is there value for a website dedicated to catch scammers and theft via Wallet transactions?
I know there are skillz here, maybe we can use them to make some BTC!
We can sniff them wallets until they purchase something and track back!

Thoughts?

the best way to track them could be to have an exchange, at that point every action of anyone using it is trackable, in any case, if they use something like monero too

I don't think it is worth to do this. The scammers are always around and even you find a way to detect them. But they will change  their online identity or used crpto addresses, which will make your previous effort worthless.

Hackers or scamers won't be stupid to use the exchange to dump the stolen coins. LOL

Is this legit? Cheesy

Arguing that you don't care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don't care about free speech because you have nothing to say.

it's not easy to sell a great amount like the ones from the hacker of bitstamp, outside of an exchange, and Burst was caught doing something like this, so if you think that you are safe, by selling it in real life you're wrong
