Не знаю в чем дело в интернете подобных случаи не нашел, и тут на форуме не смог воспользоваться поиском ошибка Search is temporarily disabled.
Подскажите что за статус: В противоречии ? монеты с кошелька ушли но по адресу не были доставлены, операция висит 2 день так. Как исправить ситуацию ?

Попробуйте перезапустить биткоин клиент bitcoin core с ключом -reindex. Вероятно должно помочь.
