Whether somebody must keep mining in order to let all the wallets keep sync
for a new coin, Whether somebody must keep mining in order to let all the wallets keep sync, when I start, it always says out of sync

In order for the blockchain to advance, someone must mine. If the blockchain does not advance, the client can't naturally sync.

Probably your client is old version or you need to add nodes manually!
