If I were to uninstall bitcoin from my PC, wouldn't that mean that I'd loose them all? How could I ensure I won't lose my BTC?

Will be back within <24 hours. In the meantime it would have been nice if we had some people using the dumps to provide mirrors (the wiki doesn't like the continual influx of users)
