According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Coin.mx if you're willing to pay the fees, around 15% over bitstamp. $750 a week limit.

You're gonna need to verify the card by taking a selfie with the card itself and probably submitting a scan of your ID.

But all this service send bitcoin immediatly, later verification id or passport?
And if any user later block a transiction to cc?
