 I do not transfer the hosting. I am selling the website and the domain , you can have it as it is and you can do whatever you like with it all I care.

 I do not take care of the website so it is not doing great but right now I am making about 20ish cents per week from it by virtually doing nothing (haven't been in the cpanel for months now )
