Newbie, first post, asking for 0.15, no reason, no collateral, I don't think this is the place for you OP, if you are desperate, go into the games and rounds section and you can get a portion of what you are asking for in a few minutes

Because it's easy to create new accounts? It could even be the same person doing this every day. Or the same few people. There are no consequences for them. Except sometimes it will work.

That would be a pain for new users. And a problem for people wanting to stay anonymous. And we would only deal with newbie scammers that get a few dollars here and there.

Don't know if there is a good way to deal with this. Maybe the best option is just to educate people. The more people understand how things work the better.
