and so far no coingen wallets or someone hired to generate this coins

still learning how to do it. but there are much more People
around who never got some Windows wallet compiled

Well, it wouldn't be an actual blacklist. But it would be great to have a public list of mainnode IPs and all coins that each IP has ever been associated with. That way people can make their own decisions based on researching other coins that used that IP.

So, for example, if one single mainnode can be tracked to a dev who releases a coin every couple of days which dies afterward due to lack of support, miners can inform their decisions to mine or not based on that information.
